Case Study

A key element of Nottingham Bluecoat School's training relationship with Alite in the last year was the Middle Leader training programme. Eight existing Heads of Department worked with an Alite consultant on training aimed at developing the six dimensions of middle leader success. The course participants were involved in Leadership "Gap Tasks", a school Leadership Project peer observation, coaching for improvement and real life case studies.
